Qualifications

  • State License License must be in hand at time of application.
  • Certifications BLS
  • Certifications ACLS
  • Certifications BLS (AHA)
  • Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Endoscopy in last 3 years.
  • Travel Experience 6 weeks of travel experience.
  • EMR Epic
  • Skills Assessment ENO skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
  • References 1 Charge RN reference within the last 1 year.
  • Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of UCLA Health West Valley in the past 6 months.
  • Additional Confirmations Requires trauma level 2 experience
