• Conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning by collecting and documenting relevant client information in accordance with clinical policies and procedures.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions to clients, utilizing various evidence-based approaches to help them achieve their mental health goals.
• Engage regularly in internal consultations and supervision with colleagues to enhance the quality of care and professional growth.
• Contribute actively to multidisciplinary teams, participating in committees focused on improving clinical practices and enhancing program development.
• Implement and document the effectiveness of treatment interventions and adjust plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring ongoing progress towards their mental health objectives.

Your work will involve engaging with a diverse client population, addressing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues. You will provide supportive care to clients from all backgrounds, including those dealing with chronic health issues or life transitions. • A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
• Current and valid certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.
• An internship ranging from 1 to 2 years in a clinical setting is necessary, along with at least 1-2 years of post-graduate therapeutic experience.

• Familiarity with specialized treatment modalities, such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) certification is highly valued.
• Experience in health psychology, particularly focusing on chronic health issues or pain management, would be beneficial.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds, and specific vision abilities for documentation and client assessments.
