This is a full-time, contract role that begins mid May and goes through early November. While on contract you'd be eligible for benefits, including vision, dental, medical and more.

Ideal Candidate:

will have a bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in a directly related field (product, brand, digital, category marketing, creative services, consumer insights) as well as 5+ years of experience of leading a team. Women's category and footwear experience preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY

Develop and execute global product marketing and franchise strategies to expand brand visibility, distribution, and market share. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a fast-paced go-to-market process. Utilize consumer insights, distribution expertise, and business drivers to enhance brand awareness, loyalty, and sales in alignment with seasonal product plans.

Responsibilities:

Create sell-in tools to support sales teams in driving seasonal product adoption. Implement franchise management best practices and coordinate global execution plans. Lead seasonal product marketing briefs, ensuring a cohesive global brand perspective across all mediums. Track and manage forecasts for key marketing styles with brand planning and allocation teams. Define and communicate GTM product marketing processes for seamless global collaboration.

Use OmniChannel insights and market trends to inform strategies and maximize commercial success. Represent marketing in GTM processes and brand/sales conferences, equipping regions with strategic tools. Oversee project timelines, ensuring effective documentation and communication across teams. Provide feedback on regional executions to align with global strategy. Analyze past performance to optimize effectiveness and ROI of marketing initiatives.

Act as the category expert, integrating consumer insights and sales objectives into marketing strategies. Establish best practices for brand marketing to enhance efficiency and profitability. Collaborate with Consumer Insights to integrate consumer segmentation into marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

8+ years in marketing leadership across at least two areas (e.g., product, brand, digital, category marketing, creative services, consumer insights), including 5+ years in team leadership. Experience in global markets (APAC, EMEA, Americas) preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred. Proven ability to develop brand and product marketing strategies for global audiences across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce ($500M+ revenue). Women's category and footwear experience preferred.

Expertise in GTM strategy and cross-functional influence within matrix organizations. Deep understanding of the competitive landscape, omnichannel marketing, and global footwear industry. Strong executive-level presentation and leadership skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders. Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to translate consumer data into strategy and coach teams on key insights.
