This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while still being integrated within a collaborative team environment. You will work in a supportive setting with access to a climate-controlled office, engaging daily with colleagues and healthcare professionals to address patient care effectively. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health status, utilizing tools like the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to tailor individual treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based practices to support mental health interventions and track progress through ongoing assessments and modifications to treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, reports, and client information in accordance with regulatory standards and department protocols using industry-standard software.

• Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to develop comprehensive treatment plans that reflect cultural diversity and address specific patient needs.

• Provide education and mentorship to students, interns, and volunteers, fostering a learning environment that supports the development of future professionals.

• Act as a liaison between patients and other healthcare providers, coordinating referrals and establishing effective working relationships across services.

This position specifically focuses on supporting individuals and families confronting the emotional and psychological effects of a cancer diagnosis. Your work will involve providing therapeutic support designed to empower patients, strengthen their coping mechanisms, and guide them through their treatment journey. You will use a holistic approach that includes understanding their cultural backgrounds and personal experiences.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

While a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, candidates with extensive backgrounds in clinical settings focused on oncology or chronic illness are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions and experience with diverse populations will be highly valued.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
