This role will be conducted remotely, providing you with the flexibility to work in a comfortable home environment. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to formulate individualized plans of care that respect the cultural diversity and specific needs of each client.

• Implement effective evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions to manage and support patients with mental health diagnoses, continually evaluating their progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.

• Document and maintain accurate treatment records, reports, and other necessary clinical information using current technologies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and departmental procedures.

• Collaboratively develop treatment plans and objectives in partnership with clients and their families, while safeguarding patient safety and promoting symptom reduction.

• Coordination of referrals and serving as a liaison between clients and various treatment providers, establishing effective links with other clinicians and referral agencies.

• Educate and mentor students, interns, and other team members, contributing to their professional development and ensuring a culture of learning.

• Participate in peer-to-peer reviews, clinical collaborations, and chart audits as directed by clinical supervisors to support team development and enhance treatment approaches.

You will primarily encounter patients experiencing the psychological effects of cancer, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Your role will involve providing both individual and family therapy sessions, helping clients navigate the complexities of their emotional responses and emphasizing their strengths and resilience. • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
