As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will operate primarily from a remote setting, with the flexibility to engage in telemedicine consultations, thereby enhancing patient accessibility. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, accounting for cultural diversity and the unique needs of the patient population served. Regularly assess and adjust these plans to maximize patient safety and symptom management.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of treatment, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and departmental standards. Use current technology to document clinical information and monitor patient progress effectively.
• Collaborate with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to create and refine a treatment plan that targets desired health outcomes.
• Coordinate referral options and act as a liaison between patients and additional treatment providers to create a seamless care experience.
• Engage in educational initiatives by providing guidance and mentorship to students and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the department.
• Participate in peer reviews, clinical collaborations, and auditing processes under the supervision of a clinical leader to enhance team performance and care quality.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals and families experiencing the emotional and psychological challenges accompanying a cancer diagnosis. Your interventions will focus on promoting mental well-being and resilience, helping patients navigate their journey while maintaining a supportive and understanding environment.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

While not mandatory, experience working with cancer patients or in an outpatient care setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a commitment to ongoing professional development will enhance your success in this role.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to offering competitive remuneration for qualified candidates.
