• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs, using tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) within the framework of state guidelines.
• Develop individualized care plans that reflect the unique cultural backgrounds and special needs of each patient, engaging them in the therapeutic process.
• Monitor patient progress regularly, applying evidence-based interventions and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal mental health outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, leveraging advanced technology systems for record keeping.
• Facilitate collaboration between patients and various treatment providers to create a holistic and integrated care experience.
• Provide mentorship to students, interns, and other learners, guiding their understanding of clinical practices and patient management.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
