• Offer ethical and empathetic mental health counseling through secure video chat sessions.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Facilitate the development of new coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and effective communication skills in clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in adherence to organizational policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for various mental health concerns. Your role will involve understanding their unique needs and helping them establish goals for their therapeutic journey. By engaging with clients through telehealth services, you can provide support that meets them where they are, offering essential tools and guidance to foster their mental wellness.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current state licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD, with independent licensure that allows you to practice without supervision.
• No disciplinary actions on record, demonstrating a commitment to ethical practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with digital communication methods.
• A stable Wi-Fi connection to ensure smooth and uninterrupted client sessions.

Experience in providing therapy through telehealth platforms is highly desirable. Familiarity with computerized documentation systems and an ability to engage clients through virtual means will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Having a background in working with adult populations in a counseling capacity will enable you to relate to and understand client needs better.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
