Responsibilities:
As a Channel Intern at TeamViewer, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting our Partner/Channel organization and work closely with experienced Channel Account Managers to help drive partner success and business growth.
  • Support the Channel Team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
  • Maintain and update channel partner data in internal systems (CRM, partner portals, trackers)
  • Create, update, and manage Excel spreadsheets for reporting, tracking, and analysis
  • Assist with data cleaning, validation, and consistency checks
  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting (e.g., partner performance, pipeline tracking)
  • Prepare presentations, summaries, and dashboards for internal meetings
  • Help coordinate partner communications, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Assist with documentation (process guides, partner lists, internal knowledge bases)
  • Support ad-hoc projects related to channel operations, enablement, or analytics
  • Collaborate closely with Channel Managers and cross-functional teams (Sales Ops, Marketing, Product)
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with data or reports
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous internship, campus leadership, or customer-facing experience
  • Interest in B2B sales and the technology industry.
