• Conduct video counseling sessions with clients, ensuring a therapeutic and supportive environment.
• Diagnose and treat a spectrum of emotional and mental health disorders, such as anxiety, grief, stress, and depression.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Educate clients about coping strategies and empower them to achieve their mental health goals.

In this role, you will work primarily with stable adults who are experiencing low-acuity mental health challenges, ensuring a safe and constructive environment for growth and healing. • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
• Strong technology skills and comfort with telehealth platforms.

• Experience in telehealth counseling or virtual practice settings is advantageous.
• Familiarity with school-based mental health services is a plus, although not required.
• Ability to foster therapeutic relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
