Opportunity Overview 
Experienced Software Engineer for the Compute Software Division.  

  • Lead customer interaction for the Compute Software Division in the local region 
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with customers in the region  
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand the requirements of the software 
  • Document the interface requirements for user review and end-user documentation 
  • Design the components with throughput and robustness as underlying requirements 
  • Code the components and algorithms with precision and attention to detail 
  • Thorough testing and debug to reduce escaped defects 
  • Extensive peer reviews of all aspects of the product to ensure quality

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability 
  • Able to work both individually and in teams 
  • Familiar with integrated development environment and debug tools

  • Proficient in C#, C++, Java (or equivalent object-oriented programming languages) 
  • Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Web application development is desirable 
  • Knowledge of analog electronics and/or digital electronics is a plus 
  • Co-op or internship experience is a plus 

We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position. 

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. 

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $161,700 - $258,800. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

 

Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
