Bon Secours Crossridge Pediatrics & Internal Medicine | Glen Allen, VA
Join Bon Secours Crossridge Pediatrics & Internal Medicine, a well-established primary care practice located in Glen Allen, Virginia. We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a collaborative team dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to a diverse and multicultural patient population.
This opportunity offers the ability to assume an existing patient panel while supporting continued practice growth in a busy outpatient setting. The practice has a strong team-based culture focused on compassion, teamwork, and creating a supportive work-family environment for providers and staff.
Opportunity Highlights
  • Established outpatient Internal Medicine and Family Medicine practice
  • Join a team of 4 physicians in a collaborative care environment
  • Opportunity to assume existing patient volume and support continued practice growth
  • Average patient volume of approximately 20 patients per day
  • Full-time opportunity (1.0 FTE)
  • Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Call Schedule
  • Shared call coverage with providers from three additional practices
  • Physicians participate in call approximately one week per month
  • After-hours call coverage: 5:00 PM to 7:30 AM weekdays and full weekend coverage during assigned call week

A Typical Day
  • Annual wellness visits and physical examinations
  • Follow-up and chronic disease management visits
  • Acute care visits
  • In-person and virtual patient appointments
  • Review and management of patient messages, phone calls, medication refills, and documentation during scheduled administrative time

  • MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Bon Secours Cross Ridge Pediatrics & Internal Medicine is a dedicated team of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Patient Service Representatives and Clinical Support staff who care about each patient we have the privilege of caring for. We each embrace the mission and values of the Bon Secours Mercy Health ministry.
We're located on the North West end of Richmond, off I-64 and I-295 near Short Pump, which is only 8 miles away.
Our team includes Internal Medicine and Pediatric providers, an Infectious Disease Specialist, and a Travel Clinic. We are a safe haven for care for those individuals who are victims of human trafficking, and we also provide a Refugee Resettlement Program in partnership with Henrico Health Department. Our providers also support Forensics.
