Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Manager will assist the Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) management team with warehouse operations which includes inventory management, fleet management, warehouse management safety management, and day-to-day operations geared towards operational excellence.

EXECUTION

Receive deliveries and ensure the proper warehouse rotation of product

Assist the Operations Manager with daily inventory to ensure accurate counting and tracking inventory on trucks and in the warehouse

Oversee operational activities in the Operations Manager's absence and secondary contact for warehouse access and security

Manage warehouse rotation of product to implement FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) policy while meeting Account Manager and customer needs

Help with schedule and delivery of fleet vehicles for routine maintenance and inspect and report on fleet conditions weekly

Inspect cleanliness and overall condition of the warehouse

Ensure nightly loading process complies with our policies

Help clean, repackage, and introduce repackaged product back into circulation within RBDC's standards

SAFETY

Create a culture of safety by educating employees on safety standards and expectations and safe operation of equipment through online and in-person training

Advise leadership team on safety compliance concerns and required preventative actions.

Follow all accident and injuries reporting procedures, including submittal into the Incident Management System

Inspect working conditions to ensure all activities are compliant with company and regulatory standards

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Warehouse Management

Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card

Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

English; additional languages an advantage
