Job Description
The Senior Specialist, Compliance will be the key touchpoint between operations and quality compliance. This role will be responsible for owning and driving the closure of minor deviations with an emphasis on completion within the SLA. Additionally, this role will include assisting operations leadership in completing investigation tasks and action items assigned by quality for the purpose of closing deviations. The Senior Specialist role will also drive CAPA's and Change Controls to bring the area into a state of full compliance.
Responsibilities
  • Initiate, Investigate, and GEMBA deviations that occur in real time.
  • Work closely with QA compliance to drive deviation closure.
  • Attend Root Cause Analysis meetings to ensure accurate identification of what led to failures.
  • Responsible for the implementation of corrective actions that stem from deviations, audit, or regulatory filings.
  • Drive minor deviations to closure with SLA.
  • Drive action items and investigation tasks to close with SLA.
  • Assist operational leadership with deviation investigation across all shifts.
  • Perform interviews with technicians and provide evidence in MEMO format.
  • Review Avigilon footage.
  • Initiate and drive to closure CAPAs and Change Controls related to compliance findings.
  • Author test plans for re-inspection of product and obtain client approval where necessary.
  • Redline and update SOPs as needed to increase compliance across the department.
  • Follow up on paperwork corrections.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 2 to 5 years related experience required.
  • Access to or the ability to gain access to Track wise and Avigilon certification preferred.
  • Training coordinator certification in Learning Management System preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques required.
  • Experience in project management and coordination required.

Location: Spokane, WA - On Site, Full- -Time
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30pm
