Corporate Indianapolis

PRIMARY PURPOSE: This internship is designed to expose the student to several areas including Tenant Analysis, Portfolio Review, and Lease Services. It will combine critical thinking, communication, and coordination across numerous departments involved in the greater Leasing function.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Portfolio Review (primarily)
Support Leasing by answering the leads from Simon.Com. This includes researching the tenant and their criteria, then matching up and communicating the information to the appropriate property and/ or region.
Assist Local Reps with Canvassing
Prepare emails to be sent to Leasing Team requesting opportunity for tenants that have deal to be made.
Assist in preparation of packages sent to the tenant or new business team. This includes organizing the spreadsheet with property name, space number, space size and availability dates. Once feedback is received, communicate to the appropriate leasing rep.
Support the Portfolio Review Meetings by organizing the agenda, facilitating the flow of leasing reps, observing the deal making and presentation to gain knowledge of the industry as well as knowledge of the individual tenants.
Research new / growing tenants using Plain Vanilla Shell or other publications. Bring findings to the Director (or PR analyst leader) weekly.
Review ICSC Notes. Update salesforce.
Update Saleforce activity for Restaurant Deals.
Manage Rolodex contacts.
Prepare the statistics for Tenant Executive Summaries.
Be willing to assist on special projects as needed including research, preparing schedules, interacting with Leasing Team.
Develop testing plan and provide support on testing efforts on enhancements to key leasing systems as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently studying toward a Bachelor's degree
Organized and professional
Excellent time management skills
