Qualifications
• Must either have your real estate license or are willing to take classes and get your license in a timely manner• Must have a moderate level of internet and data management competency• Strong communication skills, written and verbal• Must be able to work with and respond to clients promptly• Must be able to manage a high volume of closings• Must have finances set aside to pay any fees associated with obtaining and/or maintaining real estate license - normal cost of doing business• Hardworking, ability to multi-task, prioritize and strong attention to detail
