TransPerfect is seeking motivated and tech-savvy Entry-Level Developers to join the team supporting Virtual Reef, TransPerfect's internal business platform. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about software development, problem-solving, and building scalable technology solutions in a collaborative environment.
We are looking for candidates with experience or academic exposure to web development technologies, databases, front-end frameworks, or QA automation platforms. Successful candidates will be eager to learn, adaptable, and excited to contribute to innovative internal tools and applications.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the Virtual Reef platform
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and cross-functional teams on new features and improvements
- Assist with troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Participate in testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure platform reliability
- Contribute to front-end and/or back-end development projects
- Help document technical processes, workflows, and system updates
