Our 9-week Summer Internship Program kicks off in June 2027 and offers you the chance to dive into the fast-paced world of investments, learn from industry pros, and build connections that will last a lifetime. In this internship, you'll get hands-on experience, one-on-one mentorship, and the inside scoop on what it's really like to work at a global investment firm. As part of a Summer Internship Program cohort, you will have a variety of initiatives to keep you engaged throughout the summer including orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities. You'll work side-by-side with talented teams to learn about the business. Minimum Qualifications Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and be a rising Junior graduating by summer of 2028 Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale All majors are welcomed with an emphasis on Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Stats, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business‐related field A demonstrated interest in investments Experience gathering and interpreting market data Intermediate proficiency with Python and Excel Must be able to work in Invesco's Downers Grove office (located in Chicago suburbs), where the ETF program is available Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment‐based immigration sponsorship for this program. Relocation and housing will not be included if an offer is extended. Preferred Qualifications Experience with creative problem solving and analytical thinking Experience with prioritizing work and meeting deadlines in a fast‐paced work environment Prior internship in investment management is preferred but not required Intermediate proficiency with Dash, React, Git, and/or Bloomberg Terminal preferred Compensation Compensation for this position is $40/hr.
