The Construction Technologies Intern supports construction technology and field enablement efforts across active projects. The role provides hands-on exposure to jobsite workflows, system implementations, training support, reporting, and operational data management throughout the construction lifecycle.
Working alongside Construction Technology team members, the Intern assists with platform adoption, field engagement, data integrity, and continuous improvement initiatives that help bridge field execution with technology systems. This position is designed to develop foundational skills in construction technology, project systems, and real-world operational support while contributing meaningful value to ongoing initiatives.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implementation support - Assist with implementation efforts for construction management platforms, including site readiness activities, pilot participation, testing support, cutover preparation, and go-live coordination. Support small pilots for new tools or features by helping define goals, success criteria, testing steps, and feedback summaries.

  • Ticketing and ongoing support - Support requests and tier-1 ticketing activities by helping document issues, draft proposed solutions, and learn troubleshooting workflows. Progressively assist with resolving tickets under review and sign-off from senior team members. Provide general ongoing system support as assigned.
  • Content and resource development - Build and update training materials, job aids, and simple how-to guides to support end-user enablement. Help maintain SOPs, admin guides, runbooks, and knowledge base resources by documenting updates and incorporating feedback from field and project teams.
  • Reporting and analytics support - Assist with maintaining, refreshing, and validating reports and dashboards. Support efforts related to adoption tracking, usage trends, data quality, and operational insights, and assist with follow-up activities alongside Construction Technology team members.
  • Data cleanup and validation - Assist with operational data cleanup and validation activities, including maintaining accurate project data, reviewing data completeness, and supporting cleanup efforts within project management systems to improve reporting reliability and system adoption.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of Construction Technology and field enablement initiatives.

  • Exposure to construction project management systems (e.g., Procore, CMiC, Autodesk).
  • Interest in construction technology, field enablement, system adoption, and process improvement.
  • Exposure to reporting, data analysis, or operational metrics is a plus.
