Position Overview:
CompuRay Medicals is seeking skilled Radiology Technologists for 2nd and 3rd shift positions in Highland, Indiana. Key Responsibilities:
  • Explain radiology procedures to patients and prepare them for their exams.
  • Review clinical data and patient history to perform the appropriate examinations.

  • Set up equipment, analyze anatomical structures, and perform radiological scans.
  • Operate imaging equipment to obtain accurate diagnostic images.
  • Administer intravenous contrast media as needed and monitor for any reactions, providing immediate care if necessary.
  • Set up sterile equipment and assist radiologists with complex procedures.
  • Follow radiation protection protocols to minimize exposure, using ALARA techniques.
  • Ensure high-quality image delivery to the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and complete study indexing in the Radiology Information System (RIS).
  • Confirm clinical protocols with radiologists before performing studies.
  • Uphold team standards of excellence, including effective communication, teamwork, and respect.
Qualifications:
  • ARRT certification required
  • Indiana state license or eligibility
  • Strong knowledge of radiologic imaging techniques and safety practices
  • Previous experience in radiology preferred
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
