The Sr. Manager, Analytics & Modeling is responsible for leading advanced analytics and modeling capabilities that enable data-driven decision-making across commercial and operational functions. This role develops and applies analytical models, forecasts, and insights to support strategic planning, performance optimization, and business growth. The position partners closely with cross-functional leaders to translate complex data into actionable recommendations, making a direct impact on customer experience, efficiency, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and application of analytics and modeling solutions to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Design and maintain predictive, financial, or operational models to assess performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Translate complex data sets into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready reporting.
  • Partner with Commercial, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and Digital teams to align analytics with business priorities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and trends to inform forecasting, planning, and optimization efforts.
  • Lead or support analytics-driven initiatives that improve efficiency, customer experience, and financial outcomes.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to governance and internal control standards.
  • Coach and develop analysts or project teams contributing to analytics and modeling work.

Qualifications
Education
  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience and Skills
Required:
