Job Description
Job Summary
The Procedural Specialist will be responsible for supporting the sales and clinical application of BD's Peripheral Vascular's product portfolio within the Tampa, FL territory. This role involves providing technical expertise, clinical support, and training to healthcare professionals to drive product adoption and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical and technical support to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals during BDPI procedures in hospitals and clinics.
  • Educate and train healthcare professionals on the proper use, benefits, and troubleshooting of BDPI products through in-service presentations, workshops, and one-on-one interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and achieve sales targets for the BDPI product line.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of Bard BDPI solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the launch of new products and technologies by providing clinical expertise and support to early adopters.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or clinical field (e.g., Nursing, Radiologic Technology, Cardiovascular Technology, Biomedical Engineering) is preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a clinical setting related to interventional cardiology, interventional radiology, or vascular surgery required
  • Prior experience in medical device sales or clinical specialist role, particularly within peripheral vascular or diagnostic imaging, is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of peripheral vascular anatomy, physiology, and relevant interventional procedures preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
