A successful candidate must have developed strong chemical engineering research and development capabilities and have a knack for innovative solutions to technically challenging problems through work experience in a product and/or a process development environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop chemical processes and equipment for manufacturing operations
  • Conduct research to develop new chemical products and processes
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize production processes
  • Implement and maintain process control systems, including logic controllers
  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and other relevant industry standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to chemical processes
  • Perform risk assessments and implement safety measures in the workplace
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide technical support and guidance to production teams
