Job description

Location: Remote/Hybrid Must be willing to intern 10-20 hours a week Intern Responsibilities / Projects: Disaggregate and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from training evaluations and surveys. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for program improvement. Develop data visualizations, dashboards, charts, and summary reports for stakeholders.

Assist in designing and implementing evaluation plans and data collection strategies. Support the development of evaluative capacity-building resources, including tools, guides, and training materials. Conduct literature reviews on evaluation methods and best practices.

Assist with survey development, administration, and analysis. Help monitor program outcomes using established evaluation frameworks. Prepare presentations and executive summaries for leadership.

Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement. Required Education and Experience At the time of internship, must be currently pursuing or holding a degree in fields such as Social Work, Human Services, Education, Child Development, Sociology, Public Policy, or Non-Profit Management. Schedule: Flexible; approximately 10-20 hours per week Duration: Semester-based or as agreed Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Coursework in program evaluation, research methods, or statistics.

Experience using Microsoft Excel; Qualtrics, Power BI, or similar software is preferred. Familiarity with survey platforms such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or Microsoft Forms. Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Experience using data visualization software such as tableau, PowerPoint and other similar platforms Alternate Education and Experience Required Skills: Must be actively enrolled in a college and university Must provide a copy of respective academic institution's Internship Agreement outlining internship objectives and academic instructor's name and telephone number.
