Our Strategy & Operations team is looking for future interns ready to join us in 2027 for the following periods :

  • Winter 2027 (January to April 2027)
  • Summer 2027 (May to August 2027)
  • Fall 2027 (September to December 2027)

What you will do

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Contribute to strategic assessments, market research, and competitive benchmarking;
  • Develop or support analytical models using Power BI, Excel and Python to quantify operational and financial value drivers;
  • Participate in interviews, workshops to support strategic planning, operational diagnostics, and commercial due diligence;
  • Help prepare business cases and deliverables that are clear and structured for clients;
  • Create presentations to showcase findings and recommendations;
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (strategy, finance, operations, technology) across various sectors.

What you bring to the role

We are looking for passionate candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Outstanding academic record in undergraduate or graduate studies, preferably in the following areas: Management, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields;
  • Strong extracurricular achievements (case competitions, student associations, collective initiatives, etc.);
  • Ease in working as part of a team and building relationships;
  • Proven ability to demonstrate initiative, judgment, and problem-solving skills;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with diverging priorities;
  • Strong ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and community members;
  • A commitment to continuous learning, acquiring new skills, taking on new responsibilities, and researching to expand knowledge;
  • Relevant professional experience where you have gained insight into our core areas of focus (an asset);
  • Experience in business strategy, operational improvement projects, mergers and acquisitions, or in with Lean Six Sigma, Power BI, Python, or similar (or a demonstrated ability to learn them quickly).

This role requires verbal and written communication skills, in both French and English. English and French are required because there will be daily communications with stake holders that speak English or French, within and outside of Quebec which requires excellent skills in both written and spoken form. The candidate will be mandated to create documentation in both languages regularly.
