This role sits at the intersection of data science, artificial intelligence, and business decision-making, supporting Compliance, Legal, and key stakeholders. The individual will transform raw data into actionable insights while developing analytical and AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency and enable smarter decisions.
This position requires a hands-on practitioner who can build models, prototype solutions, and develop end-to-end workflows, along with strong communication skills to translate complex concepts into clear business value. The role also involves operating in ambiguous problem spaces and leveraging machine learning and emerging Generative AI capabilities to deliver scalable, impactful solutions.
The Work Itself
  • Partner with Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver data science and AI-driven solutions that improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and automation.
  • Apply statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and emerging Generative AI approaches to solve complex business problems across structured and unstructured data.
  • Develop predictive and statistical models from the ground up, leveraging advanced coding, algorithms, and rigorous experimental design.
  • Translate business needs into structured analytical approaches through feasibility testing, rapid prototyping, and iterative solution development.
  • Build and maintain end-to-end analytical workflows, including data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and output generation.
  • Manipulate and optimize algorithms and models to enhance performance, scalability, and business impact.
  • Share best practices in statistical modeling, machine learning, and analytics development to elevate capabilities across the organization.
  • Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights and contribute to the design of intuitive dashboards and tools that drive consistent, efficient decision-making.

The Skills You Bring
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field(s) of study or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ Years of analytics experience.
  • 2+ Years of hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, automation and machine learning.
  • 2+ Years of hands-on experience with SQL database programming.
  • Hands-on experience working with Generative AI tools and LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini), including prompt design and practical application.
  • Familiarity with APIs and structured data formats (e.g., JSON, DataFrames) for data integration and system interaction.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git/GitLab) and modern development environments (VS Code, Jupyter).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments.
  • Able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervisor.

Base Pay Range: $85000 - $150000 USD
An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications.
