U.S. Forensic, LLC, an ATS Company, is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to support brand awareness, lead generation, and strategic marketing initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, event planning, conference coordination, content creation, and data analysis within a growing forensic engineering and consulting organization.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field and is eager to gain practical experience working alongside marketing, sales, and business leaders.

Location:ย This hybrid position is based in our Marietta office and offers flexibility to accommodate class schedules. The role is expected to average fewer than 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing social media and digital marketing strategies to support lead generation, brand awareness, and service promotion.
  • Support website content reviews and recommend updates to improve user experience and visibility.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Research SEO opportunities and help implement strategies to improve online presence.
  • Maintain and update the annual conference and events calendar.
  • Assist with conference planning, registration, logistics, and exhibit coordination.
  • Support conference follow-up activities, including lead tracking and event performance analysis.
  • Coordinate marketing collateral, promotional materials, and event shipments.
  • Analyze CRM data and marketing metrics to identify trends and support business development initiatives.
  • Assist with regional and national marketing campaigns and special projects.
  • Create presentations, reports, and marketing materials as needed.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the marketing and business development teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, social media, event planning, and business development.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic design tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation best practices.
  • Interest in SEO, website optimization, and digital analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
