Job Description
Support the company's growth strategy by researching and evaluating acquisition targets, partnership opportunities, and new markets.
Your daily life:
  • Research potential acquisition targets across the U.S.
  • Analyze competitors, market trends, and industry developments.
  • Evaluate companies based on service offerings, geographic reach, and strategic fit.
  • Build and maintain acquisition prospect lists and company profiles.
  • Prepare executive summaries, scorecards, and recommendations.
  • Track M&A activity within tax consulting, engineering, and professional services sectors.
  • Support leadership with strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications
Idealy, but not exclusively:
  • Pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Previous internship, project, or coursework in finance, consulting, market research, or corporate strategy
  • Familiarity with financial analysis, valuation, or M&A concepts
