Location: Hybrid / Remote Options Available

Program Overview
The CoSourcing Partners Summer Internship Program is a structured, paid, full-time training and development program designed to provide hands-on exposure to sales, marketing, recruiting, automation, and digital professional services within an AI-forward consulting organization.
Interns participate in a defined work plan with assigned projects, measurable goals, and mentorship from senior leaders. The program offers real-world experience supporting enterprise marketing, recruiting, and automation initiatives, while contributing to CoSourcing Partners' 2026 growth strategy.
Primary Focus Areas
Interns will gain exposure to multiple business disciplines, including Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Operations, with a primary concentration in:
  • Sales Enablement
  • Marketing Operations

  • Intelligent Automation Programs
  • Cloud, AI, and Data Professional Services
Interns work closely with executive leadership on data analysis, market research, campaign development, and sales enablement initiatives.

  • Understanding the POLARIS AI Agentic Recruiting Platform, including features and benefits
  • Supporting marketing, recruiting, and sales initiatives through research, analytics, and content development
  • Reviewing, validating, and summarizing business data
  • Building spreadsheets, databases, and dashboards to track campaign and sales performance
  • Preparing presentation materials and client-facing collateral
  • Creating internal and external content
  • Assisting with marketing campaigns, event planning, and program launches
  • Participating in training and professional development activities
  • Demonstrating professional workplace conduct and adherence to company policies

Interns will support CoSourcing Partners' expansion into mid-market credit union automation programs, including:

First 1-2 Weeks:
Interns will complete HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub onboarding (required) to support marketing lead generation, sales-qualified lead development, prospect calling, and executive meeting scheduling related to credit union automation initiatives.
Program Progression:
Over the 8-week program, interns will develop hands-on experience across marketing operations, sales enablement, and intelligent automation ecosystems, with a focus on mid-market credit union technology modernization.

HubSpot Marketing Intern
  • Build and launch automated lead-generation and nurture campaigns inside HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • Develop segmented contact lists, scoring models, and lifecycle pipelines (Lead MQL SQL).
  • Create multi-touch email and LinkedIn nurture workflows to generate sales-qualified meetings.
  • Build real-time dashboards tracking pipelines, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Support outbound prospecting campaigns targeting mid-market financial services and automation buyers.

Intern Success Metrics
  • Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) Generated
Target: Minimum of 40-75 qualified MQLs produced through HubSpot campaigns during the internship.
