NORPAC is a team-based work environment where individuals integrate safety, teamwork, innovation, and citizenship as core values in pursuit of world class performance while leading a principle based, process disciplined organization.

Student Summer Internship Program:

Come gain valuable experience this summer by joining NORPACs Summer Internship Program! Students are invited to fill in critical roles within the organization to ensure smooth operations of the mill over the summer. Students will have a chance to learn skills in manufacturing, operations, maintenance, and administrative support. As such, NORPAC requires students to be safety-focused, team players, quick learners, motivated, able to complete hands-on production work, and able to perform duties in a manufacturing setting. Applications must be submitted two weeks prior to the internship to be considered for the role.
