We’re looking for a fully licensed mental health therapist who wants the independence and flexibility of private practice without having to manage all of the behind-the-scenes pieces alone.

Our clinicians have the freedom to develop their own specialties, create a schedule that works for them, and practice in a way that feels authentic to who they are as a therapist.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or another qualifying behavioral health field
  • Current independent Indiana clinical license required (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, HSPP, or equivalent)
  • Experience providing outpatient mental health services preferred
  • Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a collaborative practice
  • Strong clinical documentation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and client-centered care
  • Comfortable maintaining a consistent caseload of at least 15 sessions per week
