This nurse will operate as a floater between our North Suburb offices.
We're looking for a nurse who brings both clinical skill and genuine warmth. Someone who is equally comfortable triaging a call, collaborating with a physician, and taking the extra moment to make a patient feel at ease. If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you.

- Build meaningful, long-term connections with patients through direct, consistent contact
- Conduct phone triage and respond to clinical inquiries with sound judgment and care
- Educate patients on medication management, health precautions, and care plans
- Uphold HIPAA guidelines to always ensure patient confidentiality
Clinical responsibilities
- Manage test results, medication refills, and prior authorizations
- Perform lab draws, specimen collection, immunizations, and EKGs
- Collaborate closely with physicians and staff to deliver coordinated, top-quality care
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required
- Current, active Registered Nurse license in the state of Illinois
- Minimum two years of hospital or clinical nursing experience
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to prioritize patient needs confidently
- Excellent communication skills - with patients, physicians, and teammates
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
