About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Lead Graphic Designer to help shape the future of accessories design. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings a strong point of view on visual storytelling, typography, and product design.
You will play a key role in concepting and delivering innovative graphic solutions across a range of accessory products, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas from concept to production.
What You'll Do
  • Concept, design, and present innovative graphic ideas across accessories categories
  • Create mood boards, storytelling frameworks, and visual narratives
  • Translate consumer insights and market trends into compelling design solutions
  • Develop technical files, schematics, and production-ready assets for factory handoff
  • Collaborate with product, color, and development teams to ensure design intent is executed
  • Contribute to print, pattern, typography, and overall visual direction
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining high design standards and meeting deadlines

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design for apparel and/or accessories
  • Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, typography, mood boards, and refined design aesthetic
  • Experience creating schematics and technical design files for production
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with CLO or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of print, pattern, color theory, and layout
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
