You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing strategies. As a Marketing Intern, you will collaborate with our Marketing & Sponsorship Manager in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Support the Marketing and Sponsorship Manager in daily administrative tasksAssist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)Capture high-quality photo and video content at sporting events and venue activitiesEdit and produce engaging content for digital platforms and social mediaAssist with livestream production, scoreboard graphics, and in-venue displaysCollaborate with the marketing team to tell the story of our events and communityManage, organize, and archive digital assets and media filesManage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)Help organize marketing eventsCoordinate with Marketing & Design teams to build out marketing campaigns across various social platformsManage posting schedule and engagement initiatives on social media platformsPromote our events, co-working space, and membership on social mediaStrategize new ways to engage with our communities and audienceMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Strong desire to learn along with professional driveSolid understanding of different marketing techniquesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent knowledge of MS OfficeFamiliarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google AdWords)Passion for the marketing industry and its best practicesRequires good communication skills, both verbal and writtenMust be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skillsMust be able to work well in a group settingMust be a student enrolled in a marketing related major/equivalent or have graduated within the last year with a degree in a marketing related major/equivalentGraphic design experience preferred.
