  • Provide senior-level design guidance and recommendations, influencing decisions through visual storytelling
  • Collaborate with Creative Director and broader creative team to align presentation work with larger brand initiatives
  • Create new internal and external presentation templates
  • Maintain and evolve presentation assets and toolkits to support scalability and consistency across the organization
  • Stay current on presentation design trends, storytelling techniques, and software capabilities

What We're Looking For
  • Expert-level mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint, including advanced layout, typography, charts, diagrams, animations, and data visualization
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to support presentation development
  • Computer fluency in Mac and PC
  • Proven ability to independently manage and execute presentation work with minimal oversight
  • Deep understanding of visual storytelling, narrative structure, and executive communication standards
  • Experience presenting design concepts and recommendations to senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency-especially in high-visibility materials
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills to balance competing deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to synthesize feedback quickly
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and proactively seeking clarity
  • Experience working with confidential, highly sensitive information
  • BFA, BA, BS, or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience focused on high-level presentation design, executive communications, or brand storytelling on an in-house marketing or agency level
  • Experience in the semiconductor and/or technology industry
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker who possesses a positive team-player attitude capable of collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders
