  • 7-8 years of experience in Tibco suite products (Business Works, iProcess, EMS, Hawk and Administration).
  • High/Low Level Technical Design for business requirements.
  • Design and development responsibilities for Tibco Business Works, iProcess, EMS, Hawk and Administration.
  • Design and develop BPM workflow in iProcess, Interface with Business Works and Database.
  • Creating Queues, Topics, Connection Factories and Bridges for TIBCO EMS Server
  • Design and develop Integration with external components using J2EE design patterns and frameworks such as Apache Struts, Spring Web services Framework.
  • Design and develop Web Services using Web services Frameworks such as WSDL, SOAP over HTTP and SOAP over JMS, Axis and Spring.
  • Knowledge to SQL/PL-SQL complex queries, Store Procedures, packages
  • Design and develop Error handling and Validation processes using TIBCO Business works for application.
  • Performance tuning of Business Works Engine and EMS, load balancing and memory optimization.
  • Designing and engineering of the Tibco BPM/SOA platform upgrades.
  • Maintenance and support of Application including production escalation, L3 support, involving application/interface team in a timely manner.
  • Helping support team on disaster recovery plan.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
