The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing end-to-end Supply Chain performance, with a strong focus on inventory health, supply and plant capacity alignment, and advanced data-driven decision making. In addition, the Supply Chain Analyst will collaborate with the Production Plants, Distribution Center, Procurement and Sourcing to determine and align daily and monthly production and shipping output for the monthly S&OP cycle.
The Supply Chain Analyst will also partner with Operations, Sourcing, Demand Planning, and Procurement to build the 12-month rolling capacity and raw materials forecast for the S&OP process as well as leading the monthly process to provide insights on risks and opportunities for monthly production and shipment goals as well as provide solutions on how we will meet our monthly goals.
This role drives continuous improvement by identifying root causes of excess inventory, stock-outs, and data or process gaps, and by implementing automated, repeatable solutions that balance service, inventory, and cost to support revenue goals and growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Analyze and provide insights to the end-to-end Supply Chain pipeline, including backlog levels, supplier on-time delivery, customer on-time delivery, and alignment of inventory to supply and demand across all Product Lines globally.
  • Plan raw materials forecast requirements based on the Demand Plan for Production Plants over a 12-month rolling forecast period.
  • Lead the monthly Supply Planning meetings and obtain alignment on materials, finished goods, production and shipping targets.
  • Lead the monthly S&OE meetings, providing insights, solutions and alignment on obtaining monthly goals and identifying risks to the monthly S&OP plan.
  • Update and ensure raw materials mix is aligned with Demand Plan and provide ramp up and ramp down forecasts for raw materials that are phasing in and phasing out in Oracle MRP.

  • Automate data flows and reporting processes to reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy, and accelerate decision making.
  • Provide proactive analytics and reporting on stock-out risk, excess inventory risk, backlog health, production efficiency projections, and inventory projections.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Oracle Fusion, providing analytical and system support to Demand and Supply Planning and partnering with IT and Planning teams to improve data accuracy, usability, statistical engine tuning and process effectiveness.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Sales, Sourcing, Procurement, IT, and Planning to ensure clear cross-functional alignment for the Supply Plan on production, shipping and in coming material and finished goods flow.
