The Role:
This internship position is an exciting opportunity to work in various Information Technology and support roles. These roles provide broad exposure to different areas, including IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, ERP systems (SAP), client support, and applications support. The analysts will gain a comprehensive understanding of the O&P USA business while being mentored and supervised throughout each rotation. They will also collaborate closely with finance, commercial, business, and other cross-functional teams. The IT intern will acquire valuable skills and organizational knowledge, preparing them for future roles in finance and accounting within the organization.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Analysts will work closely with supervisors, acquiring technical skills and documenting tasks.
  • Deliverables include detailed job and desk documentation, plus a presentation at the end of each rotation.
  • Each analyst is paired with a consistent mentor from the IT managers for stability and guidance.
  • Work on real projects that the team is currently working on.

Skills & Knowledge Required
Education/Experience:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field at an accredited university. This IT-related field including, but not limited to: Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT), Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS, Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems (BBAIS), Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering (BSCoE), Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity .
  • Minimum 3.0 G.P.A. out of 4.0 is required.
  • Must have competed sophomore year.
Skills and Competencies:
Technical skills:
The candidate should be skilled in the use of excel spreadsheets, data processing, and Microsoft office tools. Specific technical skills will be trained on in the role.
