Medical Doctors Only Apply. A General Pediatric Physician practice is seeking a qualified physician for Bluefield, WV. This and other physician jobs brought to you by ExactMD. Progressive for-profit 92 bed Acute care hospital with multiple service lines including Interventional Cardiology & Radiology, full service Imaging, Pulmonary and Laboratory departments, and Radiation and Medical Oncology cancer therapies. Surgery – 7 surgical suites, 2 endoscopy suites, 1 C-section room and 4 L&D suites staffed with 3.5 MDAs and 7 experienced CRNAs. Orthopaedic , General, Urology, Gyn, Di Vinci surgical system and endoscopy. New Philips 1.5T MRI, Philips R&F and portable radiology system installed in 2014. An Ambulatory Surgical Center located off campus. Busy 25 bed Emergency Department that has over 2,500 visits per month and a newly renovated 17 bed Critical Care Unit with all new equipment. Serves as a teaching facility for DO medical students with traditional rotating internships. Newly renovated L&D area, Level 1 nursery, 2 active OB/GYNs with approximately 500 deliveries per year. Future plans include renovating 2 existing med surg floors for a private patient rooms and accommodate growth. The hospital has experienced increase positive perception as evident through an increase in HCAHP and employee satisfaction scores.
