In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.

Required Skill and Experience
• Experience on the modules of Order Management, Shipment Management, Business Process automation, configuration and administration, contract along with rate management and financials.
• Experience in production support for OTM using multiple technical components such as agents, workflow, screen sets and workbench.
• Ability to developing automation agents for different business entities in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OTM configuration and performance
• PL-SQL Developer and SQL experience is a must.
• Ability to develop BI reports.
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Should have experience creating agents, screen sets and managers layout as per the request.
• Design of user manager layout, screen set, business monitor, user preferences.
• Experience in logistics and/ or managed transportation in a 3PL environment will be plus.
• Should have experience with BI Publisher.
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
