Job description

Duties / Responsibilities
• Collect, review, and analyze a wide range of qualitative and quantitative information to support data-driven decision-making for the Government.
• Conduct research on program requirements, operational needs, technical data, and historical documentation to develop well-supported recommendations.
• Prepare clear and comprehensive reports, briefs, and analytical products that communicate findings, risks, and proposed courses of action to Government stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings, working groups, and reviews, providing subject-matter insight to ensure program objectives are met and aligned with strategic goals.
• Assist with the evaluation of system performance, cost drivers, and operational impacts, identifying trends and opportunities for process or program improvement.
• Support the Government in assessing alternatives and making informed choices regarding acquisition, modernization, and sustainment initiatives. Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations research, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in engineering or science management, operations research analysis, financial/cost analysis, or related analytical disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience supporting U.S. Navy programs or operations. Desired Experience / Skills
• 6–10 years of direct experience with Aegis Ashore, including familiarity with system architecture, operational concepts, lifecycle support, and programmatic requirements.
