Job description

Are you looking for an exciting, innovative company with over 100 years of excellence and commitment to ethical business? We are seeking a skilled Operations Research Analyst to support Electronic Warfare (EW) operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for researching open source and other information resources to provide actionable insights to improve the effectiveness of EW systems and strategies. You will work closely with technical teams, military planners, and decision-makers to assess and optimize EW capabilities, support mission planning, and mitigate potential threats. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about applying analytical skills to solve complex problems and contribute to the success of Electronic Warfare operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform research, analyze and compile knowledge pertaining to Electronic Warfare systems and operations.
  • Develop analytical tools to support decision-making in EW operations.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve the effectiveness of EW strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into operational planning and system development.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance EW readiness and performance.
  • Identify and address capability gaps and assess potential solutions.
  • Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, tactics, and techniques relevant to EW operations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field and at least ten (10) years of related experience
  • Experience or familiarity with Electronic Warfare concepts and operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in data mining, data modeling, and statistical analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI US Government Clearance. Interim Secret clearance required to start. Please note US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret/ TS/SCI Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ten (10) years of related experience and three (3) years of experience in operations research preferred.

Compensation Details:

$90,000 - $125,000 annually
