This is a key leadership role within a public sector environment responsible for overseeing maintenance operations across a large and complex affordable housing portfolio. The organization plays a critical role in delivering safe, quality housing and community services, and is seeking a leader who can bring operational discipline, compliance expertise, and a strong team leadership approach.

The Operations Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring all properties are maintained to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and efficiency, while driving continuous improvement across maintenance operations.

              • Strong understanding of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general construction<\/span>

              • Knowledge of HUD inspection standards such as HQS, NSPIRE, or equivalent<\/span>

              • Experience with government procurement and contract administration<\/span>

              • Relevant certifications such as CAMT, HVAC, or similar are considered an asset<\/span>
