Job description

Overview
We are seeking to hire Lead Operational Technology (OT) Engineer for an on-site opportunity supporting a contract near Ft. Meade, MD to lead a small team of highly technical engineers. The Lead Engineer will provide hands-on technical analysis and administration along with program management, mentoring, and leadership. Additionally,the engineer will work with the customer, teammates, and partners to ensure project deliverables, schedules, and tasks meet schedules and expectations. Work will be performed primarily on-site in industrial environments with limited telecommute/remote options possible.
Responsibilities
โ€ขManage project schedules, deliverables, and team tasks.
โ€ขServe as a primary point of contact for the team and customer communications.
โ€ขFacilitate technical planning by leading technical discussions and analyzing network diagrams, technical specifications, and configuration procedures.
โ€ขFunctionally support team analysis, advisement, installation and configuration tasks for virtual appliances, virtual machines, and infrastructure components as needed.
โ€ขMust have the ability to communicate accurate information

Qualifications
Required Skills:
โ€ขActive TS/SCI w/ FS Poly
โ€ขSecurity + CE or DoD 8570 certification at IAT - Level II or higher
โ€ข10+ years of experience with Operational Technologies (OT)
โ€ขSmall project management or team leadership experience.
โ€ขBackground in Cybersecurity, Systems, and/or Network Administration or Engineering.
Desired skills:
โ€ขDOD and/or Intelligence Community IT/OT experience
โ€ขTraining and/or certification in Operational Technology (OT) from a nationally recognized organization.
โ€ขExperience with cybersecurity tools such as ACAS, Tenable Nessus, Forescout, Qualys, Tanium, etc.
โ€ขFamiliarity with NIST 800-50, 800-37, 800-82, and industry standard control systems best practices.
โ€ขGlobal Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP), ISA Certified Control System Technician (CCST), or relevant OT certification through a nationally recognized organization
โ€ขAdditional Technical Training and Certifications.
