As an advanced data scientist and researcher on our national security team, you'll evaluate AI methodologies to make a real-world impact on AI usage in strategic intelligence. You'll grow your skills in continuous auditing, testing, evaluation, verification, and validation(TEVV)and AI risk mitigation to shape the future of analytics through a variety of means. You Have:

• 8+ years of experience correlating complex technical findings into graphical, written, visual, and verbal narrative products

• 5+ years of experience with object-oriented programming (OOP) and functional programming to build modular and scalable testing libraries

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including AI or ML validation

• Experience building and evaluating outputs and performance of advanced analytics, including LLMs or agentic AI

• Experience working on classified networks in support of DoD or IC clients

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction

• Ability to visualize complex data and concepts for non-technical leadership, highlighting system risks and "go or no-go" criteria clearly

• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with scientific techniques such as mathematics, statistics, information science, AI, machine learning, probability modeling, data mining, data engineering, or data warehousing, or 12+ years of experience with scientific techniques such as mathematics, statistics, information science, AI, machine learning, probability modeling, data mining, data engineering, or data warehousing in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience reviewing and evaluating technical documentation for compliance withapplicablestandards

• Experience developing and executing TEVV procedures

• Experience evaluating AI system performance, robustness, and fairness

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Clearance:
