We are seeking a mission-driven Veterinarian to join our high-volume, fast-paced clinic dedicated to making veterinary care accessible to all. This is not a typical general practice role. Our work centers on impact—serving underserved communities, reducing pet overpopulation, and improving animal welfare at scale. We are a nonprofit animal rescue and affordable veterinary clinic operating under a 501(c)(3) model. Our focus is simple but powerful: provide high-quality, low-cost veterinary services to as many animals as possible while supporting rescue efforts. Every procedure, every appointment, and every long day contributes directly to saving lives and keeping pets with the families who love them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Deliver compassionate care while maintaining productivity targets necessary for a high-volume model
  • Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to optimize workflow and patient outcomes
  • Educate pet owners on preventive care within the context of accessible, budget-conscious medicine
  • Support rescue operations, including intake exams and medical treatment for rescued animals
