About the Role

We're looking for a Brand & Communications Executive to join our team in New York. This role sits at the intersection of external communications, social content and internal engagement, making it ideal for someone at the start of their career who is passionate about sport and storytelling.

As part of our global Brand Operations team, you'll support the team in telling the Two Circles story across our owned channels, help with internal communications and assist in celebrating our clients' success. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business, including our North America team, to help deliver engaging content and support PR activity.


What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative support for external communications activity, such as compiling coverage clippings and helping organize media contact information.
  • Assist with scheduling and posting content across our corporate social media channels and website.
  • Help prepare materials for internal communications, including company updates and employee news.
  • Support the promotion of client announcements and success stories across owned and earned channels.
  • Help monitor media coverage and pull together simple reports on coverage and campaign performance
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support to the wider Brand Operations team, including for campaigns and events.
  • Carry out research tasks to support the team's understanding of media, industry and social trends in the North American market.


What You'll Bring

  • Some experience in a PR, communications or marketing role, either in-house or at an agency, or a strong interest gained through internships or relevant study.
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt your tone for different audiences and channels.
  • Experience managing corporate social media channels is desirable.
  • A passion for sport and entertainment, with a curiosity for the trends shaping the industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
