What is an NFL strength and conditioning internship?

NFL Strength and Conditioning Internships are temporary positions with professional football teams where interns assist certified strength and conditioning coaches in developing and implementing training programs for athletes. These internships offer hands-on experience in areas such as exercise instruction, injury prevention, performance testing, and facility management.
