Job description

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse to provide nursing care at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This full-time opportunity is ideal for an RN with strong current pediatric acute care hospital experience and a background caring for pediatric patients in a hospital setting.
Position Details

  • Position: Full-time RN
  • Shift: Night Shift
  • Schedule: Three 12-hour night shifts per week
  • Weekends & Holidays: As needed, including holiday night shifts
Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited university; or
  • Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited university
Experience
  • 2-3 years of current pediatric acute care hospital nursing experience
Certifications
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
Licensure
  • Valid nursing license in at least one U.S. state, territory, or commonwealth
