Description:

We’re looking for a Systems Engineer L2 (Network Admin) who thrives on solving real-world infrastructure problems and not just resetting passwords. You’ll work across multiple client environments, handling escalations, improving systems, and building deeper technical expertise in networking, servers, and cloud platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle escalations from Tier 1 and resolve complex client issues
  • Support and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
  • Configure and maintain network infrastructure (VLANs, switches, firewalls, VPNs)
  • Troubleshoot network performance, connectivity issues, and routing problems across client environments
  • Assist with firewall configuration, security policies, and access controls (NAT, ACLs)
  • Work with virtualization environments (VMware)
  • Provide both remote and occasional onsite support
  • Document work clearly for team visibility and client success
